We make your
virtual event
an experience

these clients have worked with us more than twice.
Katie truly felt like a team member to everyone on the project, making it so much easier for us in the planning phase. I was so relieved she would be partnering on our next project with SELF Magazine.
Ben Pryer
Vice President, Events
They were an integral part of the team in executing our biggest virtual event ever at Plato, and for our two successive events. When I left the company, I hired them again in my next role.
Mustafa Khan
Director of events
Katie and Hagan are a joy to work with. Knowing I can rely on them to make everything extra special feels like a virtual event superpower.
Margaux Wynter
Head of Marketing
Everything went smoothly. We received a lot of positive feedback, particularly around the look and feel. I was so appreciative of their support and flexibility throughout.
Jennifer Mariska

Awesome! Definitely would love to work together more going forward!
Sarah Parsons Wolter

Katie was without a doubt a key contributor to the success of our first GLOW summit. We are forever grateful.
Julia Pearson

The amount of time and effort Katie put into our Equity at Work event was clearly evident, and everything was so seamless and easy for us.

Just a few of our celeb assists backstage. We’re trusted with talent, brands, and sponsors that make big moves and carry gravitas. You can trust us to handle your high-touch events as we’re comfortable with our ABCs: A-list, $B-status, and C-level.
Condé Nast brought us on to plan and execute two major initiatives for their beloved brands, Architechtural Digest and SELF Magazine. AD’s all star lineup of influential interior design pros culminated with a live Q&A with Nate Berkus. SELF’s highly engaging three day community event featured an inspiring talk about gratitude with Kristen Bell. From sponsor management to graphics consulting and all the prep and organization it took to pull these huge events off, we were right be their side in the green room
If you’re looking for a way to produce your LP meeting, we have your virtual side covered. We’ve designed assets and branding, produced, and filmed video for a number of VC firms.
We designed, filmed, and produced Glynn Partners’ LP meeting for ’22. We covered on-site pre-production, video editing, graphics, and used their style guide to create multiple screens for different presentation segments. We’ll update this section with the 2023 event when it’s complete.
Netlify worked with us on design for their State Of The Headless conference in ’21. We created over 100 custom assets for three stages of content with just 20 days of lead time. We’ve got automations and staff in place for just about whatever you can throw at us.
Over two days and five stages with hundreds of assets, we took NGT’s virtual event concept from a glint in the founder’s eye to one of the most successful educational experiences slash job fairs they’d held to date with just over a month to prepare. It helped that we had a stellar PM to wrangle all of the stakeholders – if you book a huge event with us, you’ll probably meet him.
We handled design for Plato’s quarterly virtual events in ’20-’21. For each, we designed new branding, not just for the events, but their landing pages for the events and their communications and social channels. Our biggest projects to date saw almost 10k attendees and became case studies for the event platform we regularly use for our events (you’re Welcome, virtual event platform company).
Our prior relationship with Sopexa had us handling their private influencer dinners in NYC, LA, and other major US metros. When we pivoted to virtual after COVID shut our private events down in 2020, Sopexa was our first virtual event client. Three events on the same number of continents over two years showed them that our theories on private dinners worked in making beautiful and engaging virtual events.
At Brex, we designed and produced their All-hands meetings in ’21 and ’22 and their internal hackathon for ’22, Brexathon. When they first switched from presenting via zoom to the event we created for them, the amount of fire emojis in the chat from the employees was off the chart. We used each week to impress, engage, and awe the staff. So proud to be a part of Brex’s rocket launch to unicorn status.
